Hawaiian Titanium Rings provides a lifetime guarantee on all of our titanium ring and bracelet products. Our guarantee covers all workmanship and materials used. If a defect is discovered, Hawaii Titanium Rings will either repair the defect or provide a new ring free of charge to our customers. This guarantee does not include damage to our products due to abnormal usage or alterations caused by the customer.

Hawaiian Titanium Rings will also cover the shipping cost, including from and back to the customer on all repairs and replacements.

Our 30 Day Refund Policy
Hawaiian Titanium Rings provides a 30 day refund policy on all our products sold on this site. Our refund policy is based on good faith and customer support. The following conditions address certain issues that may arise while you are shopping on this site. We take great pride in our workmanship and the quality of materials that are used in our titanium products. Our sole purpose is to support you, the customer, in any way possible to assure you are comfortable in selecting from our quality, handcrafted, titanium designs.

PLEASE NOTE: This refund is not available for rings with stone settings or for rings that are custom designs as they are labor intensive and the materials are costly. For returned rings with engravings, there is a 20% restocking fee.
